Vzhledem k přetrvávajícím nesrovnalostem mezi vzdělávacími perspektivami a praxí učitelů v reakci na stále rostoucí potřebu dosažení vzdělávacího významu moderních informačních technologií je fenomén, tj. Technologická integrace ve výuce angličtiny s cílem učit se na komunikačních dovednostech, na komplexním zaměření.
