| Shrnutí: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou syndromu suchého oka a jeho výskytem v diabetické populaci. V úvodu teoretické části je stručně popsána anatomie očních struktur souvisejících s fungováním slzného filmu a fyziologie slzného systému. Nejpodstatnější část teorie se věnuje syndromu suchého oka - jeho klasifikaci, projevům, diagnostice a léčbě. Poslední kapitola přináší přehled očních komplikací diabetu. Praktický výzkum obsahuje soubor 50 diabetických pacientů, u nichž byl hodnocen stav slzného filmu (Schirmerův test I bez anestetika a break-up time test) a výskyt subjektivních příznaků. This master´s thesis deals with the problems of the dry eye syndrome and its presence in diabetic population. The beginning of the theoretical part of the thesis briefly describes the anatomy of the ocular structures related to the functioning of the tear film and the physiology of the lacrimal system. The largest part of the thesis is dedicated to the dry eye syndrome - its classification, signs and symptoms, diagnostics and treatment. The last chapter shows the review of the ocular complications of diabetes. The research includes 50 diabetic patients who were examined for the signs and symptoms of the dry eye syndrome by using Schirmer test without anaesthesia, tear break-up time test and anamnestic datas. |
