| Shrnutí: | Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje především na refrakční vadu astigmatismus. Cílem práce je vyzkoumání jednotlivých složek očního astigmatismu ve svém vzájemném poměru. Práce je členěna na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje základní pojmy pro popis refrakce oka a uvádí přehled modelů oka. Dále je zde popis a charakteristika refrakčních vad a stavů oka, kde je kladen zvláštní důraz na samotný oční astigmatismus. V závěrečné kapitole teoretické části je uveden popis objektivních a subjektivních metod měření astigmatismu. V praktické části jsou uvedeny výsledky z prováděného výzkumu a ověření daných hypotéz. This diploma thesis is focused on refractive defect of astigmatism. The aim of this thesis is to investigate the particular elements of astigmatism of the eye in the ratio between. This thesis is divided into the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part consists of the basic terms used for the description of the refraction of the eye and includes synopsis of the models of the eye. This continues with the description and characterization of the refractive defects and states of the eye, where the special emphasis on astigmatism of the eye itself, is placed. In the final chapter of the theoretical part, you will find the description of objective and subjective methods of measurement of astigmatism. In the practical part, there are results of research and verification of the hypothesis listed. |
