| Shrnutí: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na hodnocení zátěže neprofesionálních pečovatelů o seniory. V teoretické části se zabývám stárnutím, potřebami seniorů a podmínkami pečujících osob. Dále jsou charakterizovány jednotlivé druhy zátěže laických pečovatelů a faktory, kterými je subjektivně vnímaná zátěž ovlivňována. V praktické části mapuji situaci laických pečovatelů v okrese Brno-venkov (celkem se zúčastnilo 100 respondentů), kteří celodenně pečují o nesoběstačného seniora. Zkoumám přitom vliv vybraných činitelů na míru zátěže udávané neprofesionálními pečovateli. The thesis is focused on the evaluation of the nonprofesional caregivers of the seniors and their strain and stress. Theoretical part include process of growing older, the needs of elderly people and is also focused on the description of the enviromental and other condition for nonprofessional caregivers. There are also presented differencies of various strains and the determiners of the strain and stress of nonprofessional caregivers. The empirical part of the thesis is focused on the situation of the nonprofessional caregivers at the Brno countryside region (in total there were 100 caregivers evaluated) who are attended their old relatives everyday. I am also investigated the influence of some determiners of the level of the strain and stress by the nonprofessional caregivers. |
