Vlivem širokých možností umělé inteligence vznikají nejrůznější výtvory bez jasného vymezení vůči autorskoprávní ochraně. Právo totiž i v obecné rovině stále hledá způsob, jak umělou inteligenci uchopit. Práce proto nejprve vymezuje pojem umělé inteligence a zkoumá její pozici v obecném systému práva. V návaznosti na to pak práce vymezuje umělou inteligenci vůči dvěma nejdůležitějším kategoriím autorského práva - autorskému dílu a autorství. Práce se přitom soustředí zejména na tvůrčí činnost umělé inteligence a hledání konkrétního autora výtvoru, který s využitím umělé inteligence vzniká. V závěru se práce věnuje též úvahám o možnostech úprav stávajícího regulačního rámce s cílem eliminovat vyvstávající nejasnosti. |% cze | |

Due to the wide possibilities of artificial intelligence, various creations are created without a clear relation to the copyright protection. Even in general, the law is still looking for a way to regulate artificial intelligence. Therefore, the thesis starts with defining the concept of artificial intelligence and examining its position in the general system of law. Following this, the work analyses artificial intelligence in relation to the two most important categories of copyright - copyrighted works and authorship. The thesis focuses mainly on the creative activity of artificial intelligence and the search for a specific author of a creation that is created with the use of artificial intelligence. Finally, the thesis also considers the possibilities of modifying the existing regulatory framework to eliminate the emerging ambiguities. |9 eng |
