At clinical part evaluate a group of patients who underwent arthrodesis of the first metatarsophalangeal joint using a locking plate. At experimental part the author try to assess the results of a biomechanical strength test of cadaveric specimens, comparing 2 methods of fixation of Lapidus arthrodesis in combination with arthrodesis of the first metatarsophalangeal joint. |
