| Shrnutí: | Záměrem této bakalářské práce a zároveň jedním z cílů bylo zjistit spokojenost sester se spoluprací se studenty ošetřovatelství v prostředí klinické praxe. Spokojenost sester se studenty vycházela ze šesti posuzovaných oblastí, a to z hodnocení kvality ošetřovatelských výkonů provedených studenty, z postoje sester vůči teoretickým znalostem a praktickým dovednostem studentů, z hodnocení úpravy studentů na praxi a z pohledu sester na chování studentů vůči pacientům a personálu. Dalšími cíli bylo porovnat výsledky spokojenosti sester se studenty mezi sestrami pracujícími na interním a na chirurgickém oddělení a zjistit nejčastější potíže při spolupráci sester se studenty. Všech cílů bylo dosaženou kvantitativní výzkumnou metodou formou dotazníkového šetření a následnou analýzou výsledků. Bylo zjištěno, že sestry jsou spíše spokojeny s úrovní teoretických znalostí a praktických dovedností studentů i s kvalitou jejich provedených výkonů. The notion and one of the aims of this bachelor's thesis was to ascertain nurses' satisfaction in cooperating with nursing students in clinical setting. The nurses' satisfaction with the students was based on six considered areas, namely the quality evaluation of the nursing procedures performed by the nursing students, the nurses' attitudes towards the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of the students, the assessment of the students' attire during practise and the nurses' view of the students' behaviour towards patients and staff. Our other goals were to compare the results of nurses' satisfaction with the students among the nurses working in internal medicine departments and surgical departments and to find the most common difficulties nurses' face when cooperating with students. All our aims were achieved by a quantitative research method in the form of a questionnaire survey and subsequent analysis of the results. |
