| Shrnutí: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na komunikaci sester s pozůstalými pacienta na oddělení intenzivní péče. V teoretické části se zabýváme problematikou umírání, smrti a rozdílným pohledem vnímání sester a pozůstalých. V části praktické je zpracována metodologie výzkumu, analýza a interpretace dat získaných kvantitativním výzkumem. Výzkum probíhal formou dotazníkového šetření. V dotazníku bylo použito celkem 23 otázek týkajících se vnímání smrti a komunikace s pozůstalými na pracovišti s intenzivní péčí. Master thesis is focused on the nurses' communication with surviving family members at the intensive care unit. First theoretical part is dealing with dying, death and different perspective of the nurses' perception and surviving family members. In the practical part there is a methodology of survey, analysis and data interpretation acquired by the quantitative survey, The study has been done by the questionnaire survey. In the questionnarie there was used 23 questions in total, concerning perception of death and communication with surviving family members at the intensive care unit. |
