| Shrnutí: | Práce se zaměřuje na koncept tzv. kvazi-logických argumentů, který byl předložen novou rétorikou, teorií argumentace, kterou představili Chaïm Perelman a Lucie Olbrechts-Tytecová. Kvazi-logické argumenty jsou definovány jako argumenty, které se podobají logickým nebo matematickým demonstracím, a jsou proto účinné vzhledem k publiku. Obecným cílem této práce je vysvětlit tezi o účinnosti kvazi-logických argumentů z hlediska pragma-dialektiky, což je moderní teorie argumentace, která má dostatečně bohatý aparát k výzkumu účinnosti argumentace. Využití této perspektivy předpokládá provedení dvou navazujících kroků. Nejprve je nutné provést adekvátní explikaci pojmu kvazi-logických argumentů v cílovém systému pojmů pragma-dialektiky. V této práci je navrženo, že vzhledem k vágnosti a komplexnosti původní definice kvazi-logických argumentů je nejvýhodnější postupovat od rekonstrukce příkladů, které Perelman a Olbrecthts-Tytecová využívají jako ilustrace. Výsledný explikát pojmu kvazi-logick The thesis focuses on the concept of so-called quasi-logical arguments that was submitted by the new rhetoric, the theory of argumentation which was introduced by Chaïm Perelman and Lucie Olbrechts-Tyteca. Quasi-logical arguments are defined as arguments similar to logical or mathematical demonstrations and therefore effective in regards to the audience. The general aim of this study is to explain the thesis of the effectiveness of quasi-logical arguments from the point of view of pragma-dialectics which is a modern theory of argumentation with a sufficiently extensive apparatus to investigate the effectiveness of argumentation. Applying the pragma-dialectical approach, two subsequent steps are required. First, it is necessary to implement an adequate explication of the concept of quasi-logical arguments in the target system of the concepts of pragma-dialectics.
