Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku DNR, tedy nezahájení resuscitace pacienta a omezené terapie. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí a to teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část obsahuje kapitolu o KPR a její historii, terminologii, příčinách zástavy oběhu, BLS a ALS. Dále pojednává o DNR problema...

Dále pojednává o DNR problematice, tedy definici pojmů, eutanazii, dříve vysloveném přání a omezení terapie. Hlavním cílem bylo zjistit povědomí sester o DNR a také, zda mají v dokumentaci místo pro označení pacienta s DNR. Mezi dalšími cíli bylo zjistit, zda se někdy sestry setkaly na svém oddělení s rozhodnutím o DNR u pacienta ve své péči. Dále zjistit, kdo by měl, dle sester, rozhodnout o postupu DNR a v neposlední řadě zjistit, jaký mají sestry názor na zaznamenání informací o postupu DNR ve zdravotnické dokumentaci. |% cze | |
| 520 | 2 | 9 | |a This diploma project (thesis) is focused on Do-Not-Resuscitate order issues that means withholding and withdrawing therapy. The project is divided into two parts: the theoretical and the practical section. The theoretical part includes a chapter about CPR and its history, it explains main terminology, causes of cardiac arrest, as well as basic and advanced life support. Futher it deals with DNR order issues, characterizing essential terms such as euthanasia, the living will and the withdrawing therapy. The major targets were to detect the nurses´ awareness of DNR and to achieve if they have any notes regarding DNR status in local medical records. The other targets aimed to detect the nurses´ experience regarding DNR in their own patients in ICU and to understand who should be responsible for decision making process as perceived by nurses. The last aim is to defined what is nurses´ opinion on DNR decision record in the medical documentation. |9 eng |
