| Shrnutí: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na geografii gay komunity ve městě Brně. Práce shrnuje literaturu pojednávající o tomto tématu, vymezuje pojmy, mapuje rozmístění homosexuálů v rámci celé České republiky a především se zaměřuje na LGBT (lesby, gayové, bisexuálové a transgender osoby) podniky v Brně a místní gay komunitu. Cílem je identifikovat některé prostorové aspekty brněnské gay komunity. Informace o gay/gay friendly podnicích byly sesbírány pomocí terénního výzkumu a posléze byly provedeny semistrukturované rozhovory s několika příslušníky brněnské gay komunity. Otázky byly orientovány na roli LGBT podniků v jejich životě. V závěru byly shrnuty a porovnány výsledky šetření. Mezi brněnskými LGBT podniky funguje synergie, proto se většina z nich koncentruje v centru města, často i několik podniků na jedné ulici. Tato místa nabývají různých významů pro členy brněnské gay komunity, hlavními jsou především pocit bezpečí a sounáležitosti. The Bachelor thesis is focused on geography of gay community in the city of Brno. The thesis summarizes reference books dealing with this topic, defines terms, maps the location of gays in the Czech republic and mainly focuses on the LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender) enterprises in Brno and the local gay community. The aim of this thesis is to identify some of the space aspects of gay community of Brno. Information about gay/gay friendly enterprises were collected by using field research and then semi-structured interviews were made with several members of the gay community of Brno. Questions were concentrated on the role of LGBT enterprises in their lives. In the final part of Bachelor thesis the results of the research were summarized and compared. There exists synergy among the city's LGBT enterprises, therefore most of them are concentrated in the city centre, often several enterprises in same street. |
