| Shrnutí: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou inkontinence moči a stolice, zejména však ošetřovatelskou péči o inkontinentní pacienty v intenzivní péči. Podstatu práce tvoří praktické postupy a role sestry v péči o perineální a perianální oblast a prevence poškození kožního krytu této oblasti u pacientů v intenzivní péči. Empirická část byla realizována formou multicentrické, observační deskriptivní, „point prevalence“ studie s využitím zúčastněného pozorování, na jejímž základě probíhal sběr strukturovaných dat pomocí originálního záznamového archu. Dále také pomocí terénních zápisků tzv. Field notes a analýzou zdravotnické dokumentace. Cílem bylo identifikovat běžné postupy nelékařských zdravotnických pracovníků, především všeobecných sester v péči o „intimní partie“ a prevenci poškození kožního krytu u pacientů v intenzivní péči. This diploma thesis deals with problems of urine and faeces incontinence with the emphasis upon nursing care for incontinent patients in an intensive care. The essence of the thesis consists of practises and the role of nurses in the care of perineal and perianal areas and prevention of a skin damage of patients in these areas. The empirical part was realized as a multicentre (four hospital), observational and descriptive point prevalence study with the usage of a participant observation that was mainly used to collect structural data through a created record sheet. The data collection was also realized through field notes and through analysis of medical records. The primary objective of the thesis is to identify common practises of paramedical staff, mainly of nurses, in the treatment of intimate parts and in the prevention of skin damage of patients in the intensive care. |
