| Shrnutí: | Bakalárska práca pojednáva o schopnostiach sestier pracujúcich na psychiatrickom oddelení komunikovať s pacientmi trpiacimi demenciou. Obsah práce je rozdelený na dve časti - teoretickú a empirickú. Teoretická časť spracováva informácie o demencii, komunikácii a špecifikách komunikácie s pacientmi trpiacimi demenciou. V empirickej časti sme použili dve kvalitatívne metódy výskumu - pozorovanie a interview. Empirická časť práce obsahuje analýzu a hodnotenie zistených výsledkov. Cieľom bakalárskej práce bolo zistiť, akým spôsobom sestry s pacientmi trpiacimi uvedeným ochorením komunikujú v praxi a zmapovať vedomosti sestier o zásadách komunikácie s pacientmi trpiacimi demenciou. The bachelor thesis deals with the abilities of nurses working in the psychiatric department to communicate with patients suffering from dementia. The content of this work is divided into two parts - theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part processes information about dementia, communication and specifics of communication with patients suffering from dementia. In the empirical part, we used two qualitative research methods - observation and interview. The empirical part of the thesis contains analysis and evaluation of the found results. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to find out how the nurses communicate with the patients suffering from disease mentioned above within the practice and to map the nurses’ knowledge about the principles of communication with patients suffering from dementia. |
