| Shrnutí: | Cílem této disertace je analýza současného stavu práva na informace u institucí EU, prameny právní úpravy a možnosti právní úpravy v budoucnosti, která by vedla k větší transparentnosti legislativního, správního a výkonného jednání institucí Evropské unie. Disertační práce ověřuje hypotézu, že formalizace postupu poskytování informací institucemi EU (nejen informací obsažených v oficiálních dokumentech EU) prostřednictvím nové legislativní úpravy by se efektivněji docílilo transparentnějšího fungování (např. normotvorby) institucí EU. The aim of this doctoral thesis is to analyse the current state of the free access to information of the EU institutions, sources of legal regulation and the possibility of legislation in the future, which would lead to greater transparency in the legislative, administrative and executive activities of the European Union institutions. The thesis deals with the hypothesis that formalizing the procedure for the provision of information by EU institutions (not only the information contained in official EU documents) through new legislation would effectively achieve a transparent functioning (e. g. rulemaking) of the EU institutions. |
