Teoretická část práce obsahuje informace o bolesti, její diagnostice a metodách měření. Je v ní popsána léčba pooperační bolesti, farmakologická analgezie a způsoby podání farmak. Přináší stručná sdělení z oblasti perioperační péče, TEP, THA a TKA. Empirická část práce mapuje intenzitu bolestí prostřednictvím VAS a BPI u pacientů po THA a TKA a pooperačním období. Zahrnuje informace o míře vlivu akutní pooperační bolesti na kvalitu života a úlevové efektivitě farmakologické analgezie v pooperačním období. Thesis on,, Monitoring postoperative pain and analgesia in patients undergoing total endopresthesis of lower extremity joints "is aimed at monitoring the intensity of postoperative pain and pharmacological analgesia in patients undergoing of total endoprestesis hip and knee at 0, 1 and 2 postoperative day. The theoretical part contains information about pain, its diagnosis and measurement methods. It describes the treatment of postoperative pain, pharmacological analgesia and routes of administration of pharmacy drugs. Delivering briefings from the field postoperative care, TEP, THA and TKA. The research maps describe the intensity of pain through VAS, and BPI in patients undergoing THA and TKA and postoperative period. It includes information about the degree of influence of acute postoperative pain on quality of life and reliever effectiveness of pharmacological analgesia during the postoperative period. |
