520	2		\|a Hlavní postavy románů z korpusu této dizertační práce intertextuálně odkazují na biblické postavy, ale nacházejí se v nových kontextech svých vlastních fikčních světů. Cílem této práce je odpovědět na otázku, jak a proč současní němečtí autoři využívají ve svých románech intertextuálních odkazů na Bibli. Jakou funkci a jaký význam má v současných německých románech po roce 1990 biblická intertextualita? Autorka práce vychází z předpokladu, že samotná biblická intertextualita v současných německých románech automaticky nevede čtenáře k zamyšlení nad náboženskými otázkami, ale slouží spolu s dalšími rovinami románů vlastním literárním cílům. Zároveň si autorka práce klade otázku, zda a jak je biblická předloha v románech zcizena. Všechny tyto otázky jsou zodpovězeny i ve vztahu ke starším německým románům od poloviny 20. století, které rovněž využívají biblické intertextuality pro charakteristiku svých hlavních postav. 520	2	9	\|a The main characters of the novels from the corpus of the thesis intertextually refer to the biblical characters, though they are found in new contexts of their own fictional worlds. The aim of the thesis is to answer to a question in what way and why the contemporary German authors make use of biblical references in their novels. What is the function and meaning of the biblical intertextuality in contemporary German novels after 1990? The author of the thesis works on the assumption that the biblical intertextuality in contemporary German novels itself does not automatically lead the reader to reflect on religious issues, yet together with further levels of the novel it serves its own literary goals. At the same time, the author of the thesis asks a question as to whether and how the biblical pattern is estranged in the novels.
