Teoretická část vymezuje pojem autoregulace učení, podává přehled o vybraných klíčových teoriích autoregulace učení a objasňuje současné modely autoregulace učení předních autorů. Po obecnějším přehledu zaměřuje svou pozornost na motivaci v procesu autoregulace učení a popisuje motivační aspekty společně s vybranými faktory, které ji ovlivňují. Pojednává o vybraných možnostech rozvoje autoregulace učení a uvádí způsob diagnostiky její úrovně. Na základě vymezení teoretických východisek zkoumané problematiky předkládá empirický výzkum motivačních aspektů autoregulace učení vysokoškolských studentů pomáhajících profesí. Výzkum přináší nejen popis jejich úrovně, ale také objasnění míry vzájemných závislostí a zjištění příčinných souvislostí, které mohou autoregulaci učení ovlivnit. The theoretical part of the thesis gives an overview of selected theories of self-regulated learning and clarifies the current models of self-regulated learning by leading authors. After a general overview its attention is focused on motivation in the process of self-regulated learning and describes the motivational aspects of self-regulated learning together with selected factors that affect them. It discusses the selected development programs and provides diagnostic possibilities of its level.
