| Shrnutí: | Bakalářská práce zjišťuje teoretické znalosti všeobecných sester standardních chirurgických odděleních o celkové, místní anestezii a komplikacích při a po anestezii. Zaměřuje se také na způsob informovanosti a zájem všeobecných sester z chirurgických odděleních o dané problematice. Teoretická část popisuje historii anestezie, rozdělení celkové a místní anestezie, předoperační přípravu a moţné komplikace spojené s anestezií. Metodika je vedena formou dotazníku podaného všeobecným sestrám různých standardních chirurgických odděleních. Analýza získaných dat poukazuje na velmi dobrou úroveň teoretických znalostí všeobecných sester k dané problematice. Také ale poukazuje na problematiku získání nových informací těchto všeobecných sester k dané tématice. Aim of this study was to evaluate theoretical and practical knowledge about different types of anaesthesia (local, general) and it´s complications. Furthermore, this work evaluated the interest and determination for education in the field of local and general anaesthesia. Nurses from surgical wards were included in this study. Theoretical part of this study focuses on the history, different types and complications of anaesthesia and preoperative patient managment. Questionaires were used as a method of knowledge and interest assessment. Conclusion of this study is that the theoretical knowledge of our nurses is good, but gaining new information could be difficult. |
