| Shrnutí: | V této diplomové práci se věnuji problematice dědičných genodermatóz způsobených mutacemi v genu pro filaggrin. Nejrozšířenějšími fenotypy těchto mutací jsou ichthyosis vulgaris a atopická dermatitida. Cílem této práce bylo zavedení vhodné molekulární analýzy genu pro filaggrin a stanovení typů a četností mutací pro českou populaci. In this thesis I study the problems of inherited genodermatoses caused by mutations in the filaggrin gene. The most common phenotypes of these mutations are ichthyosis vulgaris and atopic dermatitis. The aim of this work was the introduction of suitable molecular analysis of the filaggrin gene and determining the type and frequency of mutations in the Czech population. |
