SPP detektor s organickou vrstvou
V této diplomové práci se věnujeme vytvoření SPP detektoru s organickou vrstvou pro detekci kapalných vzorků a ověření existence organické vrstvy na substrátu. Organické vrstvy byla nanesena na zlatý substrát pomocí techniky Langmuir-Blodgettové.

In this thesis we deal with the creation of the SPP detector with the organic layer for detection of liquid samples and checking if an organic layer is on the substrate.
