V teoretické části jsou popsána nádorová onemocnění varlat, jejich epidemiologie, rizikové faktory, diagnostika, léčba a samovyšetření varlat a jeho význam. Těžištěm praktické části je průzkum mezi mladými muži ve věku 15 až 35 let. Cílem je zjištění úrovně jejich znalostí týkající se zejména problematiky samovyšetření varlat. Získaný materiál z dotazníkového šetření je analyzován a deskriptivní statistikou je zjištěn deficit informací zmíněné problematiky v populaci mladých mužů a navržena řešení, která by vedla ke zvýšení informovanosti mladých mužů. |% cze | |

In the theoretical part there is presented kinds of testicular cancer, epidemiology, risk factors, diagnosis, treatment of testicular cancer and testicular self-examination and its importance. The focus of the practical part is a survey among young men aged 15-35 years. The aim is to determine their level of knowledge regarding particular issues testicular self-examination. The material obtained from the survey is analyzed and is found deficit of information mentioned problems in the population of young men and to design solutions that would increase the awareness of young men. |9 eng |
