Teoretická časť práce poskytuje základné informácie o transplantácii obličky. Ďalej sa zaoberá vymedzením pojmu adherencie a jeho preferenciou v rámci súčasnej medicíny. Dotazníkový prieskum hodnotí úroveň adherencie u pacientov po transplantácii obličky. Doba od prvej transplantácie je v čase realizácie prieskumu minimálne jeden rok, aby bolo možné zhodnotiť adherenciu pacienta. V rámci analýzy výsledkov skúma vzťahy medzi adherenciou a jednotlivými faktormi, ktoré môžu vplývať na jej úroveň. The diploma thesis deals with the adherence of adult renal transplant patients. The adherence of the patient with a changed lifestyle after transplantation, is a key link between the transplantation and its outcome in the individual patient. The theoretical part of thesis provides basic informations about renal transplantation. It also deals with the definition of adherence and its preference in the current medicine. The questionnaire survey evaluates the level of adherence in renal transplant recipients. The time from the first transplant is one year at the time of the survey order to evaluate the patientʹs adherence. In analyzing of the results explores relations between adherence and the individual factors that may influence its level. |
