Každý pacient má právo svobodně se rozhodnout v otázce péče o své zdraví, měl by rozumět každému opatření, které se ho týká, musí mu být dána možnost projevit souhlas s každým léčebným či diagnostickým výkonem. Pacient by měl být informován o možných komplikacích, které by mohly nastat a má právo odmítnout zdravotní výkon nebo podepsat negativní revers k hospitalizaci. Tato diplomová práce vychází z Úmluvy o lidských právech a biomedicíně, ze zákonu o zdravotnických službách, z Charty práv pacientů a z Charty práv hospitalizovaných dětí. |% cze | |

Each patient has the right to decide freely in the questions of the care of their health, they should understand each and every therapeutic or diagnostic performance. The patient should also be informed about all the possible complications that should come into being and he has the right to refuse the therapy or to sign the negative reverse for hospitalisation. The diploma thesis comes out from the Convention of the Council of Europe on Human Rights and Bio-medicine, from the medical service bill, from the Patients’ Rights Charter and from the Hospitalised Children’s Rights Charter. |9 eng |
