| Shrnutí: | Disertační práce se zabývá italskými překlady Devatera pohádek Karla Čapka. V teoretické části se práce zabývá problémem překladu dětské literatury obecně, vznikem a vývojem pohádky a pohádkových postav. V praktické části byly jazykové plány překladů podrobeny rozboru, jehož výsledky byly porovnány se stylem originálu, zvláštní pozornost byla věnována překladu vlastních jmen. Na základě srovnání bylo možné konstatovat, že překlady nedokázaly odpovídajícím způsobem reprodukovat jazykové prostředky originálu, především na úrovni hovorového jazyka a došlo v nich k sémantickému oploštění. Žádný z překladů tedy plně nesplnil požadavky adekvátní překlad The present thesis focuses on the Italian translations of the book “Nine Fairytales” by Karel Čapek. In the theoretical part the thesis addresses the problems of translation of children’s literature in general, the origins and development of fairy tale genre and the fairy tale characters. In the practical part the translations were subjected to a complex analysis of their phonetic, morphological, lexical and syntactic features and the results of the analysis were compared with the style of the source text. Special attention was dedicated to the translation of proper names. The comparison of the source text and the target texts proved that the target texts failed to adequately reproduce the stylistic level of the source text, in particular on the level of the spoken language, and the translations were marked with significant loss of semantic meanings. Therefore none of the target texts can be considered an adequate translation of the source text |
