Morfologická variabilita druhů Viola reichenbachiana a V. riviniana ve středoveropské části jejich areálu

| Shrnutí: | Dva lesní druhy violek Viola reichenbachiana a V. riviniana jsou blízce příbuzné druhy, které sdílí společné stanoviště a velmi častí jsou mezidruhoví kříženci. Snahou bylo zachytit morfologické rozdíly, které by korelovaly s počtem chromozomů. Z přírody bylo získáno a kultivováno 290 rostlin z 52 populací z České republiky i Evropy. Z některých rostlin byly odebrány kořínky pro počítání chromozomů nebo mladé lístky pro zjištění ploidní úrovně pomocí průtokové cytometrie. Byly zjištěny chromozomové počty u druhu V. reichnenbachiana 2n = 20, u druhu V. riviniana 2n = 40 a u křížence V. reichenbachiana x V. riviniana 2n = 30. Dále byla provedena morfometrická studie. Na plodech byla změřena délka chlopně tobolky, byl spočítán průměrný počet semen v tobolce a průměrná hmotnost semen, na květech byla změřena délka a šířka dolního korunního lístku a počet žilek na něm, délka ostruhy, délka mediánního kališního lístku a délka jeho přívěsku, délka prašníků a na listech byla změřena délka a šířka listové čepele, jejich poměr, poměr délek od nejširšího místa čepele po její okraje, poměr hloubky zářezu a délky listu a otevřenost zářezu. Byla provedena diskriminační analýza a jednofaktorová analýza rozptylu, která dokázala průkazné rozdíly mezi druhy na květech v rozměrech a kresbě na mediánním korunním lístku, v délce prašníků a délce kališního lístku i jeho přívěsku. Kříženec V. reichenbachiana x V. riviniana měl naměřené hodnoty intermediární mezi rodiči nebo se nelišil od druhu V. riviniana. Na listech byly průkazné rozdíly mezi druhy ve většině sledovaných znaků, a to na lodyžních listech i listech růžice. Kříženec byl střídavě podobný oběma rodičům, častěji druhu V. riviniana. Two species of violets growing in forest Viola reichenbachiana and V. riviniana are closely related species sharing one locality and interspecific hybrids are present very often. The aim of this work was to desribe those morphological characters, that would correlate with the chromosome number. 290 plants of 52 Czech and European populations were obtained from nature to culture and they were cultivated. From some plants roots for chromosome counting were obtained and from others small leaves for flow cytometry were taken. Chromosome counts were found in V. rechenbachiana 2n = 20, in V. riviniana 2n = 40 and in the hybrid V. reichenbachiana x V. riviniana 2n = 30. The morphometric study was also proceeded. On fruits the lenght of the capsule was measured, the average number of seeds per capsule and the average weight of seed were count. On flowers the lenght and the width of the median sepal, the lenght of the spur, petals, petal apendages and anher were measured and the number of veins on the lower sepal was count. On leaves the lenght and the width of the leaf were measured, their ratio was count, the ratio of the distances from the widest spot to upper and lower edges, the ratio of the incision and the leaf lenght and the ratio of the incision width and depth were count. Diskriminant analyse and one-way analyse of variance proved significant differences between both species on flower dimensions and in the painting on the lower sepal, also in the anther lenght and the petal and petal apendages lenght. The hybrid V. reichenbachiana x V. riviniana was intermediate between parents or was not significantly different from V. riviniana. On leaves the differences between the two species were significant in the majority of chosen characters, mainly on the stem leaves. The hybrid was similar alternately to both parents, more often to V. riviniana. |
