Předkládá otázku, jak může třídní učitel ovlivňovat optimální rozvoj žákovy osobnosti. Všímá si možností, které z tohoto úhlu pohledu plynou pro rozvoj profesních kompetencí třídního učitele. Teoretická část práce vychází z východisek humanistické pedagogiky a je zaměřena na vymezení role třídního učitele jako primárního činitele výchovy ve třídě na pozadí vzdělávacích teorií. Nahlíží na problematiku sociální dimenze pedagoga a zejména třídního učitele z pohledu jeho profesních kompetencí a současně objasňuje pojmový aparát související s kvalitou života a s vývojovým obdobím pubescence. Empirická část je vystavěna na designu smíšeného výzkumu. V rámci případové studie jedné školy byly jako výzkumné techniky využity: ohnisková skupina, dotazník vlastní konstrukce a hloubkové rozhovory. 520 2 9 |a The dissertation thesis focuses on the field of class-teacher competences from the point of caring the quality of life with the lower secondary school level (grades 6-9, 12-15 years). The work introduces the question how the class-teacher can influence the optimal development of pupil´s personality and pays attention to those features which are crucial for the class-teacher competence development. The theoretical part arises from humanistic pedagogy and is devoted to defining the role of class-teacher as primary element of education in the class on the background of educational theories. It deals with the social dimension of a pedagogue, particularly teachers, form the point of their professional competences and at the same time clarifies the conceptual terminology relating to the quality of life and pubescence period.
