| Shrnutí: | Obsahem práce je ověření hypotéz směřujících k efektu ACEI, ARB a statinů v sekundární prevenci u pacientů s anamnézou FS. V práci se nepodařilo prokázat pozitivní efekt léčby ACEI, ARB ani statiny na snížení incidence recidiv FS, nebyl zjištěn efekt terapie ACEI či ARB vedoucí k poklesu rozměrů LKd nebo LS, u pacientů s anamnézou katetrové ablace jsme sledovali benefit podávání blokátorů RAAS ve smyslu prevence remodelace levé komory. Ani hypotézy zvažující efekt blokátorů RAAS a statinů na pokles hladiny BNP a efekt statinů na pokles CRP se nám spolehlivě nepodařilo potvrdit. Sledovali jsme signifikantní pokles BNP i CRP za prvních 6 měsíců sledování ve všech skupinách, a to bez ohledu na léčbu blokátory RAAS nebo statiny. The primary aim of the study was the effect of ACEI, ARB or statins in patients with the history of previous AF. We didn't prove any beneficial effect of ACEI, ARB or statins on the recurrences of the FS, we proved no effect of ACEI or ARB on the diameter reduction both in LVd and LA. We noticed the positive effect of ACEI and ARB in the prevention of the left ventricle remodelation in the subgroup of patients with the history of catheter ablation. We didn't prove any effect of RAAS inhibitors on the BNP levels or an effect of statins on the CRP levels. We found a significant decrease of the BNP and CRP levels in the first 6 months of the follow-up in all subgroups, regardless of the treatment type. |
