| Shrnutí: | Tato práce se zabývá popisem současných možných chirurgických metod, kterými lze řešit astigmatismus u pacientů po perforující keratoplastice, a jejich úspěšností v redukci refrakčních vad, zejména astigmatismu, které se stávají závažnou pooperační komplikací perforující keratoplastiky. V úvodní části práce je připomenuta teorie problematiky perforující keratoplastiky, její indikace, operační průběh a pooperační komplikace. Dále je v této souvislosti zmíněna problematika astigmatismu obecně. Popsány jsou v této práci rovněž příčiny vzniku astigmatismu po perforující keratoplastice a jeho řešení pomocí optických pomůcek. V praktické části práce je porovnávána zraková ostrost a hodnoty refrakčních vad pacientů před chirurgickým zákrokem indukovaným k redukci ametropie po PK a po tomto provedeném zákroku. This thesis deals with the description of current possible surgical methods, which can solved the astigmatism at the pacients after penetrating keratoplasty, and their success in reducing refractive errors, particularly astigmatism, which become major postoperative complications of penetrating keratoplasty. The issue of penetrating keratoplasty - indications, surgical course and postoperative complications is reminded in the introductory part of this thesis. In this context the problems of astigmatism are mentioned in general. Causes of astigmatism after penetrating keratoplasty are described also in this thesis including solution of astigmatism by using optical aids. In the practical part of this thesis visual acuity and values of refractive errors at the patients are compared before and after surgery, which was induced to reduce the ametropia after PK. |
