| Shrnutí: | Předmětem této bakalářské práce je seznámit se s problematikou nepravidelných antierytrocytárních protilátek. V úvodu teoretické části práce jsou shrnuty informace týkající se antigenů a protilátek obecně. V dalších částech se pak zabývám výskytem nepravidelných antierytrocytárních protilátek v systémech krevních skupin, komplikacemi, které mohou způsobovat a možnostmi jejich imunohematologického vyšetření. Praktická část je zaměřena na výskyt nepravidelných antierytrocytárních protilátek u pacientů FN Brno vyšetřených na Transfuzním a tkáňovém oddělení v letech 2010-2011 a analýzu příčin imunizace pacientů zejména s ohledem na podané transfuze. This bachelor work deals with becoming familiar with the problematics of irregular anti-erythrocytic antibodies. The beginning of the theoretical part summarizes information concerning antigens and antibodies in general. The next parts deal with the occurrence of irregular anti-erythrocytic antibodies in blood group systems, complications which can be caused and the possibilities of their imunohematological detection. The practical part focuses on the occurrence of irregular anti-erythrocytic antibodies in patients at the University Hospital Brno examined at the Transfusion and Tissue department between the years 2010-2011 and analyzing the cause of the patients immunization, particularly in relation to their given transfusion. |
