Diplomová práce se zabývá zálibami seniorů. Teoretická část se zabývá stárnutím a stářím, změnami, které provází stárnutí. Samostatná kapitola popisuje volný čas a nejčastější zájmové aktivity seniorů. Empirická část zjišťuje jakým zálibám se senioři nejčastěji věnovali před a po odchodu do starobního důchodu, zda tyto koníčky mají vliv na celkový pocit spokojenosti seniorů, adaptaci na odchod do starobního důchodu a udržování sociálních kontaktů. It also deals with adaptation and preparation for ageing, the needs of the older adults and their motivation and focuses on the adaptation to retirement and the second life program of the older adults. A separate chapter describes leisure time and the most frequent hobbies of the older adults. The empirical part identifies the hobbies of the older adults before and after their retirement, whether or not these hobbies influence the overall feeling of their satisfaction, adaptation of the older adults to the retirement and continuation of their social contacts.
