| Shrnutí: | Teoretická část této práce s názvem „Nízkomikrobiální strava onkologických pacientů“ pojednává o problematice infekcí u oslabených onkologických pacientů podstupujících chemoterapeutickou léčbu nebo transplantaci kostní dřeně. V práci jsou popsány nežádoucí účinky léčby a proces průběhu transplantace kostní dřeně. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována kapitole o neutropenii. Dále je v práci popsána problematika mikroorganismů v potravinách, které mohou ohrozit neutropenické pacienty na životě. Poslední kapitola je zaměřena na nízkomikrobiální dietu, kterou by měli pacienti s oslabenou imunitou dodržovat. Praktická část je zaměřena na pacienty po transplantaci kostní dřeně. Byla zjišťována doba dodržování diety, kvalita edukace pacientů, energetická hodnota diety a zda se pacienti cítili omezeni při dodržování diety. The theoretical part of my bachelor´s work titled Low-Microbial Diet of the Oncological Patients deals with the issues of infection in weakened oncological patients undergoing chemotherapy or bone marrow transplantation. The work describes undesirable treatment effects and the process of bone marrow transplantation. A special part of my work is devoted to neutropenia. The problems of food microorganisms which can endanger the life of neutropenic patients are further described. The final part of my work focuses on the low-microbial diet which should be respected by the patients with weakened immunity. The practical part is focused on patients after the bone marrow transplantation. The research aimed to find out the duration of diet compliance, the quality of education of the patients, the energy value of the diet and whether the patients were feeling limited by the diet. |
