Dále jsou popsány programovací techniky, jazyky a vybrané knihovny s ohledem na vytvořenou aplikaci. Součástí práce je také rozsáhlý popis nově vytvořeného pluginu CicadaPreparationPlugin. Tento plugin umožňuje připravovat vstupní soubory pro výpočetní program Cicada, který je určený pro konformační analýzu molekul. This plugin enables in comfortable way to prepare input data for computational program Cicada, which was designed for conformational analysis of molecules.
