| Shrnutí: | Snahou rigorózní práce na téma "Pracovní doba, práce přesčas a organizace práce zaměstnanců ve zdravotnictví" je komplexní zpracování problematiky pracovní doby, s důrazem na organizaci práce ve zdravotnictví - jako specifickému okruhu lidské činnosti . V úvodu práce je pojednán historický vývoj této problematiky, s důrazem na právní úpravu dříve platnou a právní úpravu Evropské unie. Vzhledem k tomu, že s pojmem pracovní doba souvisí spousta dalších institutů, bylo taktéž pojednáno o době odpočinku, pracovní pohotovosti a noční práci. Cílem této práce bylo jednak vymezit legislativní a obecný rámec úpravy pracovní doby a jednak nastínit základní problémy, jež tato právní úprava přináší při organizaci tak specifické činnosti, jakou je poskytování zdravotní péče a sociálních služeb. Závěr práce je věnován taktéž kontrolní činnosti na úseku pracovní doby. The aim of this thesis called "Working Time, Work Overtime and Organisation of Work in Health Care" is to completely processed the issues of working time with an emphasis on the organisation of Work in Health Care, as a specific part of human activities. The thesis starts with the historical and general information of this issue, with an emphasis on the earlier legislation and the legislation of the EU. This thesis also specifies certain terms commonly used by the law, such as the working time, overtime work, rest periods, on call work, night work etc. Considering the above-mentioned, the conclusion of this thesis is also to define the general and the legal context of this area and also to mention the general problems caused by the legislation in the practise life. The end of this work also deals with devoting the control activities in the area of labour law, with focus on the competencies and powers of authorities carrying out this activity. |
