Druhá část je zaměřena na výsledky průzkumu provedeného u klientů Domova pro seniory Kociánka a Domova pro seniory Štefánikova v Brně, kteří trpí onemocněním DM.Průzkum je zaměřen na výskyt pozdních specifických komplikací DM - polyneuropatie, retinopatie, nefropatie a syndrom diabetické nohy. A dále se průzkum věnuje výskytu pozdních nespecifických komplikací DM - ischemická choroba srdeční a ischemická choroba dolních končetin. | 520 | 2 | 9 | |a The thesis deals with issue of specific and nonspecific late complications of diabetes mellitus (DM) in the elderly. The thesis is divided into two part. The first part focuses on theoretical knowledge of the disease DM and in parti- cular of DM late complications. The second part focuses on the results of the survey which was conducted at Kociánka home for seniors and retirement home Štefánikova in Brno with clients who suffer from this disease. The survey was aimed at the occurence of late complications DM - neuropathy, retinopathy, nefropathy and diabetic foot. Futhermore, the survey focused the incidence of nonspecific late complications of DM - ischemic heart disease and peripheral arte- rial disease among clients with DM. These results were compared with the available informations in scientific publi- cations listed in the bibliografy. |9 eng |
