Povazujic redukci PMN apoptozi behem sepse jako patognomonikum, tak by porozumneni molekularnich mechanizmu v teto situaci mohle zlepsit phamakoterapii behem sepse. Jenom male okenko zde bylo otevreno na mozny mechanizmus apoptozy u PMN, dalsi prace musi overit zdali tento model odpovida realite. |% cze | |
520 | 2 | 9 | |a Apoptotic regulation in highly organised organisms is extremely important to assure cellular homeostasis and to avoid cellular disorganisation, such as tumorigenesis. In this case the molecular mechanisms of apoptotic regulation were studied in neutrophil granulocytes (PMN). Polytrauma patients often develop septic complications where the natural apoptotic rate of PMN is significantly reduced. Understanding the molecular mechanisms of the anti-apoptotic regulation during sepsis could improve the pharmaco-therapeutic approach to sepsis. Here, we opened just a tiny window to a possible network of this signalling cascade. Future work has to prove if the shown model corresponds to the reality. |9 eng |
