Etika všech zdravotníků totiž vychází ze vztahu a projevuje se prostřednictvím komunikace. Cílem práce je hledání odpovědi na hlavní výzkumnou otázku, která zní: Jaké etické otázky související s komunikací s umírajícími, jejich blízkými a pozůstalými si kladou řeholnice pracující ve vybraném domově pro seniory? Čtenáři se v textu mají možnost dozvědět, co je obsahem etických otázek, které si řeholní sestry kladou. Protože však tyto etické otázky konstruují jejich aktéři na základě svých ideálů, je zde vymezeno, jaký je morální ideál řeholních sester pro práci s umírajícími, jejich blízkými a pozůstalými, a zdali vůbec, popř. s čím je tento ideál konfrontován. The study has ambitions to be a contribution to the debate about the relationship between health workers helping the dying, their families and bereaved in institutional settings. The ethics of health care is based on their relationship and is manifested through communication. The aim is to answer the main question of the research, which is: „What ethical questions ragarding communication with the dying and their loved ones and bereaved do the nuns in a specific senior home ask? The readers of the text have the opportunity to learn the contents of the ethical question raised by the nuns. However, these ethical questions are based on the ideals of the people who raise them.
