Na patogenezi schizofrenie se podílí velké množství faktorů včetně genetických. Geny, které jsou podezřelé ze vztahu ke schizofrenii, se nazývají kandidátní geny. V naší práci byly analyzovány 4 jednonukleotidové polymorfismy (rs1800544, rs2519152, rs265981, rs4532) 3 kandidátních genů (ADRA2A, DBH, DRD1) u souboru zdravých osob a osob trpících schizofrenním onemocněním. Ze zkoumaných polymorfismů byl pouze u jednoho (polymorfismus rs1800544 genu pro ADRA2A) objeven signifikantní vztah ke schizofrenii. Tento výsledek je ojedinělý, jelikož ve všech dosavadních asociačních studiích nebyl prokázán vztah polymorfismu rs1800544 ke schizofrenii. |% cze | |

Disease is characterized by positive (hallucinations, delusions) and negative (blunted emotions, social isolation, cognitive deficits, attention disorder and working memory impairment) symptoms. The pathogenesis of schizophrenia involves a large number of factors, including genetic factors. Genes, that are suspicious from a relation with the schizophrenia, are called candidate genes. Four single nucleotide polymorphisms (rs1800544, rs2519152, rs265981, rs4532) of three candidate genes (ADRA2A, DBH, DRD1) in a group of healthy and schizophrenia suffering people, were analyzed in this thesis. Significant relationship between the schizophrenia and rs1800544 polymorphism of ADRA2A gene was found. This result is unique, because the relationship between rs1800544 polymorphism and schizophrenia was not observed in any previous association study. |9 eng |
