| Shrnutí: | Práci tvoří soubor tří publikovaných prací, jejichž ústředním tématem je zahraniční zaměstnanost a integrace cizinců na trhu práce. Publikované texty jsou v rigorózní práci řazeny dle logiky od deskriptivně k explanatornímu přístupu zkoumání jednotlivých aspektů zahraniční pracovní migrace. První příspěvek je vstupní analýzou hlavních charakteristik zahraniční zaměstnanosti v České republice. Druhý text je věnován jednotlivým faktorům, které ovlivňují integraci cizinců na trhu práce. Třetí příspěvek se zaměřuje na sociální integraci specifické kategorie zahraničních pracovníků, kterými jsou občané států EU15 a vybraných vyspělých zemí, u nichž se setkáváme s odlišnými mechanismy začlenění do společenských struktur a na trh práce než u občanů ze socio-ekonomicky méně vyspělých zemí. This rigorous work is composed of three published texts that are focused on the foreigners´ employment and the integration of foreigners at the labour market. The texts are marshalled from descriptive to explanatory attitude to the examination of particular aspects of the foreigners´ employment. The first text is an input analysis of the main features of the employment of foreigners in the Czech Republic. The second one is dealing with the particular factors of integration of foreigners at the labour market. The third text is focused on the social integration of the specific category of foreign workers that are citizens of the EU15 states and other selected developed countries. We are describing mechanisms of social inclusion and labour market integration that are different from the mechanisms of integration of workers from the less developed countries. |
