Cílem kritické analýzy je zhodnotit stávající klíčové teoretické koncepty, definice a typologie zabývající se opozicí, a to z pohledu jejich schopnosti pokrýt danou problematiku i jejich potenciální využitelnosti v rámci celé skupiny nedemokratických režimů včetně jednotlivých typů (současné konkrétní případy nevyjímaje). Práce se přitom nezaměřuje pouze na otázku opozice v nedemokratických režimech, ale rovněž vymezuje základní rozdíly vůči postavení tohoto pojmu v demokracii. Nedemokratické prostředí je značně odlišné, a proto se nelze zaměřit pouze na politické strany jako takové, ale je nutné pokrýt i další oblasti - společenskou a hospodářskou. The aim of critical analysis is to assess the existing crucial theoretical concepts, definitions and typologies dealing with opposition, especially from the perspective of their ability to cover the problems and their potential usability for the entire group of non-democratic regimes, including various types (not leaving out specific present cases). The work is not focused solely on the issue of opposition in non-democratic regimes, but also outlines the basic differences to the status of the concept in democracy. Non-democratic environment is very different and, therefore, we should not focus only on the political parties as such, but also cover other areas - namely social and economic ones.
