Podává přehled současných modelů autoregulace učení a objasňuje teoretické přístupy, ze kterých tyto modely vycházejí. Vysvětluje spojitost kognitivních a nonkognitivních složek procesu autoregulace učení, stejně jako vnitřních a vnějších faktorů, které hrají důležitou roli při rozvoji autoregulace učení. Zmiňuje vybrané programy rozvoje autoregulace učení žáků a možnosti měření její úrovně. Na základě vymezení teoretických východisek zkoumané problematiky předkládá empirický výzkum autoregulace učení žáků mladšího školního věku. Zjišťuje úroveň jednotlivých komponent autoregulace učení těchto žáků a analyzuje rozdíly v jejich úrovni podle pohlaví, věku, školní úspěšnosti a výkonu při řešení slovních úloh v matematice. It outlines the current models of self-regulated learning processes and explains theoretical approaches on which these models are based. The dissertation explains relations between cognitive and noncognitive components of self-regulated learning, and between internal and external factors, which play an important role in self-regulated learning process development.
