| Shrnutí: | Táto práca sa zaoberá štúdiom tenkých organických vrstiev pomocou RTG reflektometrie a hodnotením možností štruktúrnej charakterizácie vrstiev pomocou tejto metódy. V teoretickej časti popisuje princípy LB - metódy nanášania vrstiev a RTG reflektometrie multivrstiev. Výsledky získané pomocou reflektometrie porovnáva s výsledkami z AFM meraní a berie pri tom do úvahy údaje o nanášaní vrstiev. Na záver uvádza výhody a nevýhody merania RTG reflektometrie a možnosti metódy v závislosti od materiálu skúmanej vzorky. This work deals with the study of thin organic layers by the method of X-ray reflectometry and assessment of the layer characterization by this method. In the theoretical part the principals of LB - technique of layer deposition and X-ray reflectometry of multilayers are described. The results obtained by reflectometry are compared with the results of AFM measurements and the details about layer deposition. In conclusion, the work introduces advantages and disadvantages of X-ray reflectometry measurement and possibilities of this method depending on the examined sample material. |
