| Shrnutí: | V první části práce je představena rodina proteinů Myb. Je zde také uvedena charakteristika struktury a funkce proteinu B-Myb a jeho srovnání s ostatními členy rodiny Myb transkripčních faktorů. Dále je popsán význam proteinu B-Myb v regulaci buněčné proliferace, diferenciace a apoptózy. Práce je zaměřena na regulační mechanismy modulující aktivitu proteinu B-Myb. Přehledně jsou uvedeny geny, jejichž exprese je ovlivňována proteinem B-Myb. Dále jsou také uvedeny typy nádorových onemocnění, u nichž byla detekována nadměrná exprese genu B-myb. Na závěr práce byl zhodnocen význam proteinu B-Myb jako prognostického markeru onkologických onemocnění. First part of my thesis presents a family of Myb proteins. It also presents characteristics of structure and functions of protein B-Myb and its comparison with other members of Myb family of transcription factors. Moreover, it describes a consequence in regulation of proliferetation, differenciation and apoptoses. The thesis focuses on regulation mechanisms whitch modify an activity of B-Myb protein. It also includes a recapitulation of genes, which expresion is influenced by protein B-Myb. Next, thesis recapitulates types of tumor diseases where an overexpression of B-myb gene is detected . In the end of the thesis, an importance of protein B-Myb in the role of a prognostic marker in oncology diseases is rewied. |
