| Shrnutí: | Diplomová práce se zabývá informovaností a farmakologickou compliance seniorů. V teoretické části je zmapována oblast farmakoterapie ve stáří s jejími specifiky a problematika compliance. Těžiště práce tvoří vlastní dotazníkové šetření mezi seniory, kteří si léky připravují a užívají samostatně a u nichž má tedy informovanost a dobrá compliance zásadní význam v dosažení účinné léčby. Cílem tohoto šetření bylo zjistit, jaká je jejich informovanost o vlastní farmakoterapii a jak hodnotí kvalitu informací získaných od zdravotníků, dále pak zmapovat jejich farmakologickou compliance a zjistit přítomnost rizikových faktorů non-compliance. Statistickými metodami byla zjišťována závislost získaných dat. Analýza a interpretace výsledků šetření jsou zpracovány v praktické části práce. The graduation thesis deals with the awareness and pharmacology compliance of elderly people. There is the area of pharmacotherapy in old-age with its specific features and the problems of compliance dealt with in the theoretical part. The focal point of the work is created by the questionnaire survey among elderly people itself, who prepare and take their medicine by themselves and whose awareness and good compliance are of an essential importance in reaching of an effective treatment. The aim of this survey was to find out what is their awareness about their own pharmacotherapy and how do they assess the quality of the information acquired from the health workers; then to map their pharmacology compliance and to uncover the presence of risk factors of non-compliance. The dependency of the acquired data was investigated by statistical methods. The analysis and interpretation of the results of the investigation have been processed in the practical part of the work. |
