| Shrnutí: | Diplomová práce má dvě části. První teoretická část se zabývá historií bolesti, fyziologií bolesti, typem bolesti a jejím hodnocením. Dále teoretická část obsahuje bolestí u seniorů, léčbou bolesti, péčí o pacienta s bolestí a zařízením pro léčbu bolesti. Praktická část diplomové práce sleduje výskyt bolesti ve zdravotnických a sociálních zařízení, způsob zvládání bolesti v těchto zařízení, spokojenost pacientů/klientů s léčbou bolesti a její monitoraci. Výzkum byl proveden pomocí kvantitativních výzkumných metod. Výsledky výzkumu hodnotí názor pacientů/klientů na management bolesti ve zdravotnických a sociálních zařízeních. The graduation thesis has two parts. The first, theoretical part deals with the history of pain, physiology of pain, the type of pain and assessment of pain. The theoretical part deals also with pain in the elderly, treatment of pain, care of patients with pain and the institutions for treatment of pain. The practical part of the graduation thesis is focused on the incidence of pain in the health care and social institutions, the methods of pain management in these institutions, satisfaction of patients/clients with treatment of pain, and on its monitoring. In our research, quantitative methods were used. The results of the research evaluate the opinions of the patients/clients on the management of pain in the health care and social institutions. |
