| Shrnutí: | V předkládané disertaci se provádí zkoumání určitosti prvopočátku v Aristotelově filosofii metodou kritické analýzy (vycházející ze všeobecného pojmu) a textologicko-terminologické analýzy. Na základě sledování logiky vývoje určitosti prvopočátku u Aristotelových předchůdců autor disertace zjišťuje moment jsoucího, který byl v Aristotelem vyčleněn v určitosti prvopočátku historicky poprvé - moment zvláštního jsoucího (idion on). Určitost Aristotelova prvopočátku je demonstrována jako výsledek sebenegace jedinečného, zvláštního a obecného momentu jsoucího, tj. jako výsledek procesu přírody a duše. Pohybující se příroda i duše jsou v souladu se smyslem Aristotelova učení vyjádřeny jako posloupnost zvláštního jsoucího, ve kterém je ve vzrůstající míře dosahována jednota formy a látky. Projevem uvedené zvláštnosti přírodního jsoucna je podle Aristotela pohyb (kinésis). Autor disertační práce interpretuje aristotelský pohyb jako jednotu vnitřně rozporuplných momentů (hylé/sterésis - eidos). In this thesis there is carried out an exploration of the definiteness of the prime beginning in Aristotles philosophy by the method of critical analysis (based on the general concept) and partially by the method of textological terminological analysis. On the basics of following the logic of the development of definiteness of prime beginning at the philosophy of Aristotles predecessors the author of this thesis traces the moment of the essence, which was set aside by Aristotle in the definitness of the prime beginning historicaly for the first time the moment of the special essence (idion on). The definitness of the Aristotles prime beginning is illustrated as the result of self-negation of the particular, special and general moment of the essence, i.e. as the result of the process of nature and soul.
