V práci sme identifikovali viacero druhov motívov s rôznymi vlastnosťami a snažili sa určiť ich vzájomné vzťahy a funkciu v celkovom vývoji motivácie. Pri spracovaní údajov sa ukázalo, že dynamiku motivácie významne ovplyvňuje aj to, ako praktikujúci buddhisti vnímajú hodnovernosť samotného učenia dharmy. Tento hodnotiaci proces sme následne zahrnuli do celkovej interpretácie a prepojili s ostatnými identifikovanými faktormi motivácie. Údaje boli získavané pomocou pološtrukturovaného interview 22 buddhistov Diamantovej cesty a vlastných skúsenosti výskumníka, ktorý týmto životným štýlom žil 6 rokov. | 520 | 2 | 9 | |a This dissertation deals with a structure and dynamics of motivation for a religious activity in the Diamond way Buddhist group. It includes not just characteristics of conditions and causalities that lead to a conversion, but also analyses centrifugal and centripetal forces that are working during a whole following Buddhist career. We have had identified several kinds of motives with different attributes and then we have try to design their mutual relations and functions in a general development of motivation. A analysis of data has shown that dynamics of motivation is also significant influenced by a perceived plausibility of subject. This appraising processes were consequently included to a general interpretation and we have interfaced them with another factors of motivation. Data were gained by a semi-structured interview with 22 Buddhists of Diamond way and by own experiences of the researcher who has lived this lifestyle 6 years.
