Byly použity metody RT-PCR v reálném čase a westernový přenos. The work (1) determines and compares expression of c-jun, c-fos and integrin β3 genes during the differentiation of RAW 264.7 cells to osteoclasts and dendritic cells, (2) studies mutual functional interactions between Itgβ3 and transcription factors c-Jun and c-Fos, and (3) studies the importance of Itgβ3, c-Jun and c-Fos and their mutual interactions for the regulation of RAW 264.7 cells differentiation. Real time RT-PCR and western-blot were used. |
