520 2 |a Cílem této diplomové práce bylo odpovědět na otázku: Které aspekty životní situace nejbližších příbuzných nesoběstačných seniorů přispěly k jejich rozhodnutí využít zařízení respitní péče? Základem teoretické části práce bylo vymezení pojmu „životní situace nejbližších příbuzných nesoběstačných seniorů" s důrazem na pojmy: „nesoběstačný senior jako příjemce péče“ a „nejbližší příbuzný jako poskytovatel péče“. Dále byly popsány předpokládané aspekty životní situace nejbližších příbuzných. Závěrečná kapitola teoretické části práce byla věnována zařízení respitní péče, jako jednomu z předpokladů znovunastolení rovnováhy v životní situaci nejbližších příbuzných. Pojmy byly konceptualizovány na základě dostupné literatury a poznatků z praxe. Pro nalezení odpovědí na dílčí výzkumné otázky byla zvolena kvalitativní metoda výzkumu s technikou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Analýza dat byla provedena metodou zakotvené teorie. 520 2 9 |a The aim of the diploma work was to answer the question: Which aspects of the life situation of the closest relatives of senior citizens contributed to their decision to use respite care facilities? The base of the theoretical part of the work was the definition of the term “life situation of the closest relatives of senior citizens who are unable to care for themselves", with the emphasis on terms: “senior citizens who are unable to care for themselves as the receptors of care” and “the closest relative as a care provider.” Furthermore, expected aspects of the life situation of the closest relatives were described. The final chapter of the theoretical part of the work was devoted to the respite care facility as one of the prerequisites of the re-establishment of balance in the life situation of the closest relatives.
