Cílem práce je zodpovědět výzkumnou otázku, která zní: Nakolik a které změny v novém systému pomoci v hmotné nouzi přispívají k motivaci a aktivní snaze osob pobírajících dávky pomoci v hmotné nouzi hledat, přijmout a udržet si zaměstnání? Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První, teoretická část se věnuje systému sociální pomoci z obecného pohledu (jeho smyslu, cíli, funkcím a nastavení) a dále základním charakteristikám českého systému sociální pomoci (zejména změnám, které přinesl zákon o pomoci v hmotné nouzi a zákon o životním a existenčním minimu). Ve druhé, metodologické části je zdůvodněn výběr kvalitativní strategie a technik sběru dat, jednotky zkoumání a zjišťování. Dále pak je popsána operacionalizace dílčích výzkumných otázek a organizace výzkumu. Tématem třetí, analytické části je interpretace zjištěných skutečností. Na základě z.  |% cze 
520 2 9 |a This diploma work deals with the changes in the new Czech social assistance policy. It is mainly focuses on the changes in activation of recipients. The main objective of the script is to answer the following questions: Which changes and what degree in the new system of assistance in material need are contributed to active effort of recipients to look for and accept an occupation? This diploma thesis is divided into three parts. The first of these is theoretical in nature and looks at social assistance policy generally (its aim, functions and adjustment). There is also section devotes to the Czech social assistance policy and it is aimed at the changes in new legislation. The second part is methodological in form. This section of the diploma work considers the ways in which a reliable system was developed for analyzing and regulating the collection of data for a qualitative research. In the third and final section of this diploma thesis there are introduced the outcomes of the research.  |9 eng
