Tato deformace modifikuje biologickou informaci nesenou kostí a může mít výrazný vliv na výsledky její analýzy. Přesto ne vždy je při antropologickém výzkumu zohledněna skutečnost, že tvar studované kosti mohl být od okamžiku smrti pozměněn. K posmrtné deformaci může dojít vlivem celé řady tafonomických faktorů. Tato práce se zaměřuje na deformace, ke kterým dochází u pohřbených lidských lebek vlivem tlaku hrobového zásypu. Za pomoci metod geometrické morfometrie, konkrétně prokrustovské superpozice, a příslušných statistických testů jsou testovány vztahy mezi celkovým tvarem pohřbených lebek a polohou, v jaké byly tyto lebky in situ uloženy. Pro lepší pochopení celkové tvarové variability je rovněž provedeno posouzení pohlavního dimorfizmu. Soubor pro tvarové analýzy tvoří celkem 93 mužských a ženských lebek z archeologické lokality Pohansko u Břeclavi - Pohřebiště okolo kostela. |% cze | |
| 520 | 2 | 9 | |a Postmortem deformation of bones’ shape is a usual phenomenon in anthropological researches. This deformation modifies biological information carried by bones and it can significantly influence the results of analysis. However, the fact that the shape of bone can be postmortemly modified is rather neglected in many anthropological studies. The deformation can be caused by various taphonomic factors. This thesis is focused on compress deformations that occur on buried human crania due to the pressure of grave fill. Using the methods of geometric morphometrics, particularly procrustes superimposition, and appropriate statistical methods I try to test the relationship between the overall shape and in situ position of the buried crania. For better understanding of the general variability in shape, the sex dimorphism of the crania is also analyzed.
